Windows 7 on NETBOOK
I have a compaq Nc130 net book and wish to use the windows 7 operating system. I have downloaded from iso hunt a torrent of windows 7 ultimate 7600. 16385 RTM 32-bit(x86) Activated.uif UIF file.
I am not sure if this is the correct file or not but I would like to know what is the correct procedure i must undertake to have my net book running windows 7.
I also have a windows 7 cd but since a netbook does not have a CD drive, that option is not viable.
Also, would doing this erase all the current movies and documents i have on my system? or will that stuff be recovered if I do put windows 7 on this netbook.
If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest for you to do a clean install & format your hard drive at the same time. Try to borrow a external DVD drive if you want to use the Win7 disc. You can also install using your USB drive.
I have installed Win7 on my MSI Wind. It runs quite well. No problems at all.
