Winter 2008
It began strong, however today it's quite warm (12C). According to predictions, we were to expect a harsh winter. Can't see that right now.
We still have February though.

Been weird up here...went from -40 to -10 to -35 to -20 to -30...all in the last five days or so.
I would prefer it to just stay cold...-40 is fine...any warmer than that and I tend to sweat too much on my walks with the mutt._______________

Again we are dissapointed with Environment Canada lies and false predictions
I was expecting a harsh winter too, and wanted it badly, especially snowstorms.
Anyways, from experience I know that after balmy January weather suddenly right after comes a cold snap in the -20's range..... just remember my words.

So I guess December does not count? We got enough snow then for one year.
