I am looking for winter rims, black steelies.

Anyone know where I can pick up 13" size for drop dead cheap? Preferably new or if anyone has used ones, please PM me.

There was a flyer in my Canadian Tire master card bill advertising a Tire & Rim Package - Michelin X Ice plus winter rims from $425.92. That's a great deal. If I had a place to store my all seasons I'd seriously consider that deal.
