Winterlicious 2019's restaurant list was just released — meaning budget-conscious diners are already filling their calendars for the first few weeks of the new year.

This year, 191 restaurants are taking part in the annual promo for the upcoming season, which runs January 25 to February 7.
Plenty of big-ticket Winterlicious staples like Canoe, Cafe Boulud and ONE are back on the roster — but newer joints like Copetin and Amano and under-the-radar spots like Wynona are offering Winterlicious menus as well.

While reservations don't open until January 10, you can already see what every restaurant will be offering for their prix fixe menus on the Winterlicious site.

And if you want to get an early jump on the action, tickets are on sale for Winterlicious's growing roster of limited-run events, including a fashion-oriented bash at Kasa Moto, a "scotch and learn" at David Duncan House, afternoon tea at Casa Loma, and more.

Winterlicious has announced its 2019 restaurant list.

Running from January 25 to February 7 2019, the event includes a Culinary Event Series and Prix Fixe Promotion. Tickets for the Culinary Event Series go on sale today, but you’ll have to wait until January 10 to start making prix fixe reservations.
Almost 200 restaurants will be serving lunch and dinner prix fixe menus for Winterlicious. Lunch menus will be priced at $23, $28 and $33, dinner menus priced at $33, $43 and $53.

The full list of participating restaurants is available on the Winterlicious website, where they can easily be sorted by category, neighbourhood, dietary preferences and price range.

We may have to trade Birks for Blundstones when cold weather hits, but at least Toronto’s Winterlicious festival is just as good as Summerlicious.
