Wireless Document Scanner w/WiFi?

I am looking to go paperless and I need a good scanner that I can put in my kitchen to scan all my mail, bills, receipts, etc.
I don't have room for a laptop on the counter so it can't require USB. I do have power and would prefer not having batteries to charge.
Ideally I would like to have all scans go directly to google drive or Evernote via wifi.
It can't be big, like the size of a box of Saran Wrap would be perfect.

Lastly, I don't want to pay more than $200 ideally.

If you want something cheap and have an iphone/ipad I use a scanner program on my iPhone 5. It actually works better than I expected. It will scan and then either save the picture or a black and white straight to dropbox (i think evernote is supported) for me. The scans are actually pretty good and I have used it to scan and email stuff to companies instead of faxing.

There are multiple programs out there that do this but I have Scanner+ Pro. I think I got it free but even if its a couple bucks you can't go wrong.
