I am new to wireless router, etc... I am a little worry if anyone will be accessing my wireless router, therefore use my internet or even hack my network...
is there any software package that could monitor my network?

IMO: If I crack your WEP key, it may not necessarily a big deal. Sure I can see where you surf but random people at your isp already could. No one is really anonymous on the web anyway.
Your banking, should you choose to do so over the web, is encrypted with SSL which is quite a bit more difficult to crack to crack than WEP.
Even gmail can be accessed with SSL._______________
