WM: DOAU (CE) + Unreal Championship 2: TLC (XBOX) bundle $18.93!!!

dunno when this actually started, but a few days ago, i found this XBOX 2-game bundle pkg (shrink-wrapped) selling for $18.93, in the clearance bin buried w/ all the other bunch of $18.93 clearance games.

this bundle included: Dead or Alive Ultimate ("DOAU") - the Double Disc Collector's Edition (CE), and Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict ("TLC")

actually, the DOAU XBOX game doesn't look like ^that (which most of u prbly know already)... in fact i've never seen a CE like that.... the one that i bought at WM looked more like the on selling on BB.ca (link below)

FYI, both FS/BB are selling this instore/online for $20

considering that FS/BB is selling DOAU CE for $20 alone, and that i've seen at WM selling each of the individual games mentioned alone for $18.XX each, this is actually a pretty good deal...
basically, it works out to ~$10/game

if any1 remembers, this is actually another deal like the EBgames GOTD/GOTW and they had it selling for $9.89 (new) too (a while back)

good deal for those who missed out ....

I saw this at Walmart today too. I almost picked it up, but decided not to. Don't remember my reasoning, should grabbed it though...

oh yeah, btw, this might be a YMMV deal...

altho i've seen this XBOX bundle game pkg shrink-wrapped (w/ another sticker UPC stuck on the outside) and placed in the clearance bin, i've also seen the individual games in the clearance bin too.

so it's up to ur local WM to actually put the games together shrink-wrapped to sell for the new "bundle price".....

yeah, i also saw a couple of these 2-pk games... ^that was 1 of'em, and i don't remember the other....

i think there were PS2 2-pk games too going for the $18.XX pkg price.


BUT, the diff. being that this XBOX bundle pkg is shrink-wrapped ... and WM seems to have made their own sticker UPC and attached it to the wrap to sell for the $18.93 pkg price...
whereas those other 2-pk PS2/XBOX games aren't shrink-wrapped. seems to be in original mfr'd condition like the 3pk $15 crappy games....

The clearance bin at sheppard/kennedy is pretty big/full. I just grabbed the first one i found so there might be more.
