picked up 8 bags of these king crab legs a the Vaughan superstore for $15/ea .. Op, are you sure you paid $10?? :lol:

I just steam a bag and they were amazingly good.. very meaty! yum!

Steam, boil, oven baked... but the best way is to steam them for 10 mins.

Personally, i find placing the legs in with some garlic cloves/green onion, wrapped in a wet/moist paper towel, then placed in a microwaveable plastic bag, mircowaved works well. fast and convenient. successfully retaining the moisture and flavor of the legs.
