It means she just ate a kiwi and she has seeds stuck in her teeth, she's thinking that maybe flossing will help but then decides that brushing her teeth will be a better option....alas, she forgot to put her toothbrush in her purse that day and now she'll either have to pick it out with her nail or just let it sit there until it works itself out.
