No comments are a good thing sometimes...especially when it comes to the Caravan.
I think the '05 model is much improved over the previous generation. For the money you're paying...it's not a bad deal. The Caravan is solid in many respects and previous problems have been rectified. Other MVs to consider: Kia Sedona, Montana and Sienna (base model starts at $30K).
Here is a comparo that was done by Automobile in '05

depends what your purposes are. It is one of the smaller minivans out there, and I don't just mean length. When we were looking we test drove and I found it very cramped inside. Of course I was coming from a Windstar which is very spacious . Ended up getting a Freestar ( which I am sure everyone has an opinion on) But I like it.
By the way, to get the fold and go seats, you have to move up to a Grand caravan. WOuld also highly recommend the captain chairs ( if they have them) over the middle bench, the bench is very crowded especially in the regular caravan.

Got the base 2005 Caravan (with ABS and Keyless entry) for 24,000 bucks tax and everything in. So far eveything is solid. Supposedly the tranny problems have been resolved, so that's a plus. Its a little cramped for a mini-van, but it serves our purposes fine. There aren't alot of extra bells and whistles, but as far as I concerned its less things to go wrong.
If you want some info on people who actually own them try:
