I still haven't made it out there for the prime rib and lobster special. If someone goes to the buffet, make sure to take some pics to share here.

Anyone have input on how their buffet compares to casino rama/Niagara?

I haven't been, is the buffet worth the time and lineup? Is it less of a gamble than the craps table?

haven't tried the Woodbine buffet in years. However Niagara one is twice as expensive ($25 w/player's card)

I went before, it's been $12.99 for a while.

The pictures in the Google Maps listing match what I had in Dec 2018; 6 hot table items, 2 soups, 1 roasted meat blob (that was dry), 1 veggie lasagna, a "made to order" pasta area, large salad bar with deli meats I'm not sophisticated enough to understand, and a large dessert selection. $12.99 is worth it, at $17.99 regular price not so much. Hot food selection is a little limited, but for the price whatever. Quality ranges from meh to better than I expected.

The hardest part was getting the member's reward card, my companion didn't bring his ID couldn't get in and I had to wait in line for maybe half an hour to get it because it was peak time...

How does this card thing work? Does everyone at a table need to have their own card as in one card yields one reduced price meal for one person and only one card use per table? That would be a deal killer if it is one discounted meal per table.

Thanks for clarifying! I hope this does not lead the customers rewarding the wait staff with individual billing. This is insane. No wonder there is a lineup to get cards. One last question, do they require a certain level of activity at the table/machines to maintain the card? I suppose that would constitute inappropriate pressure to get people to gamble.

U just show them the card with your id for the discounts they don’t scan your card at the restaurants. The card is awesome you sometimes get slot and or food credits depending the amount of play. If you don’t play at all and decide to get the card that works too you don’t have to play to get the discounts you just need to have the card...

FYI the line up for the card is godly long weekends up to 1-2 hours they are transitioning all cards to the one rewards card so everyone who gambled will be in the gawd awful long line.
