What did you guys use for legs on your workbenches?

I want to put a couple 32" cabinets under my workbench and I was thinking of either the IKEA Gerton or Olov adjustable legs. Are they sturdy enough?
What will your workbench be used for? For mine, it will be for everything, hammering, welding, cutting wood, any and all projects. I plan on modifying it so make it "modular" so I can fit a bench grinder, saw, etc on it. I build out the frame so that it's super solid side to side, front and back. Getting those legs you mention is fine if you don't plan on side to side or front to back action on the table in my opinion. Plus, 2x4x are cheap, you can make the frame you want, if you make a mistake (like I did actually) all you have to do is remove the screws. I also put small hinges with pieces of wood and casters (not sure you can see in the picture I posted), which I can pop down and slide the bench around if need be.
