you don't have to make up anything, they will hire you for sure, becasue they don't have to pay you, they provide you "free trainning"(that is ask your parents, relatives, friends to buy insurance )

Clarica will pay you for a year and not get you to recruit people. You will be selling life insurance.
1 year worth of sales looks good on a resume.

Clarica & Primeamerica are not the same. The only similarity is that they both sell insurance products.
Clarica was one of the top Canadian insurers before all the consolidation and demutualization in the industry.
You didn't say what type of position you're interviewing for. Sales? Or back-office support?

Clarica and Primerca are not the same...they are in the same industry, that is insurances, but they do not operate the same...primerica is a scam, but clarica is not...they will actually pay you....

I did't realize Clarica was linked to Primerica; I knew some people who started to use their services, than became very disatisfied and switched again.

Clarica Worth Working For?
I Myself also have an interview after apparently doing well on one of their psychometric tests. Can anyone tell me what its like to work for Clarica? How does it work compensation wise and how are "Clarica Advisors" expected to obtain sales? Outcalls? Etc?

Clarica is under Sunlife I think.......They asked me for interview before, but I didn't go.
Primerica is worse, because there is so much hassles when you withdraw the money from your savings or investment with them.
Sales experience is the only good thing about this job, but if you want a stable income, you shouldnt start with any insurance or financial advisor job.
They will not just hire anybody I think. There is a behavior assessment, to determine whether you can handle this job, question will be like can you free to work 9am-9pm....how many people you can think of and that you can approach for...._______________
