What is it like in terms of job security(I'm guessing not bad), respect(micro management, abuse?) , benefits(vacation, health, dental etc) etc.

I friend just applied to work at their Toronto office, I think there is one in Quebec too but I'm not sure. She wants to get as much info as possible before going for an interview
