Worlf Of Warcraft Lag/Twitch Issue...

Does anyone else have this "twitch"/freeze/lag issue when playing WoW?

My latancy can get...as low as 90 and as high as 210..average is 130.

But when walking around the map it becomes really annoying when it starts to lag/twitch/freeze up.

I got a
p4 2 ghz
6600gt video card
256mb ram
audigy 2 zs

you need more damn ram.. i think the suggested specs ask for at least 512
