Would this be an issue for decking?

Would this crack affect the structure of the deck? What are some temp solution or better long term solution for this problem?

I would have said just buy a new 10$ 4x4 post and change it, but it has been installed embedded in concrete...
I wouldn't worry about it. You now have 2 x 2x4 as your post!
