How long do you need a line deactivated wit kodoo to redo this?

Exemple

GF bought a phone with this bonus, cancels in 3 months. Port number to w/e and in the future wants a new phone. How long will she needs to wait before she can redo this

2 years?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but can't deal be done over and over without the 90 day policy? You can get the iphone and cancel day 1 which triggers your tab to be put on your next pro-rated bill?

Is the 6s deal better than the SE deal, all things considered?
the problem of the SE is 16GB. Unless you are a extremely disciplined person, it is going to be filled real soon.

But iPhone and disciplined generally speaking can't be put into the same sentence ;-)

Ha!! I like to be an anomaly. I've been using a 16gb 5s for the past two years and I can manage.

It helps that I don't tend to take photos of every meal.

nowadays it is those useless video sent by friends and family via whatsapp/wechat/messenger or whatever that is the real danger ;-)

though personally, I would opt for the SE given that it is cheaper and smaller.

I'm an existing customer of Koodo, but it is also available for new customer.
Glad to hear this is also applicable for existing customers.
I recently signed up through walmart and got and iphone 5s with $200gc with $360 on my medium tab. Seems like a so so deal. Feels like the 6s with $120 upfront and $360 on tab is a better deal. Future value wise.

Any comments are appreciated.

Traded two old phones and got 2 rose gold 32GB 6s for $190 upfront and $240 on tab, both on existing lines. Solid deal, thanks OP!

Based on below, you can request anytime to unlock + $50 fee if your tab balance is positive. If you don't want to wait and stay with Koodo for 90 days, just pay the tab in full, then request to unlock.

http://help.koodomobile.com/getting-sta ... e-unlocked

How do I know if I am eligible to get my Koodo phone unlocked?
You can get your phone unlocked if:
- Your account is currently active and in good standing
- You have a negative Tab balance, you must be active on the Koodo network for at least 90 days
- You have a positive Tab balance, you can request an unlock any time

Call *611 from your Koodo phone or toll free at 1-866-99-KOODO if you want to unlock your phone. A $50 unlocking charge applies. CDMA phones (phones that don’t use a SIM card), cannot be unlocked.

We have existing lines with Koodo and we did upgrades on both those lines. We were never planning to leave, Koodo has great service.

Wow mobile's service is like Freedom mobile?
They aren't a service provider. They are just authorized sellers of certain providers

Isn't it locked to the first sim you put in it?

So for someone like me, I'm not leaving Fido anytime soon. Can't I just buy it, pay the tab and put in my Fido sim without paying for an unlock?

Yes I know that "if you ever wanted to later on" it's a nightmare, but I'm not leaving Fido anytime soon.
