Wrought iron door insert opinions poll

Hi,

I'm looking for the public's opinion on this Lyonheart design.
I really like it, but it is for a house that will be for resale so just curious as to how many potential buyers I will be offending....

Update : "Upper Unionville" area so many would understand the community and potential buyers here.

It's a good strong design. You may alienate seniors who prefer a more, well senior look.

Way way too over the top for resale. Easily is going to take a group of folks from the buyer pool all together and another group will be discounting for it.... The goal of resale should be to include as many buyers in the pool as possible, not removing them. ;)

Those doors are ridiculous.

While I think it's cool, for resale, not so much. Go with something more generic.

Personally really dislike the "half circle" design, looks dated and tacky.
If it's for resale I would go for a more neutral design.

I agree with neutral design. However, I would still stick with "half circle" design as only double doors entrance can have it. Personally, I think it would be a waste for a double doors entrance to put the identical design on both left and right side.

To OP, if Lyonheart is too strong, you can also consider Harmony. Not too strong and not too busy pattern. If you don't mind many neighbours have the same pattern as it is pretty popular.

If you want something soft, Juliana is good.

Just because it's double doors doesn't mean you need to install half circle design lol Since many people are doing it in new subdivisions, another reason to do something different! I wouldn't want my doors to look like everyone else's doors ;)

Of course you don't need to and I know you didn't do it for yours ;P Just a personal preference to make use of the bigger double doors area with a bigger pattern.

Anyway, there are only a dozen of designs in there market, thus no matter what you pick, it is going to have some neighbours using the same pattern unless you order custom made (if there is any). I will just stick with the one I like :)

Whaaat? As senior look? for a door? What are you smokin?
Oh and I personally don't like the look, but it may be because I am older?? Or then again, perhaps it just does not look good??
