You got it right. Yes, you can still count on being called for April, May, June classes if you have not heard from them...Job2018 wrote: ↑Mar 12th, 2018 7:39 pmK thanks, I reread it.
So I understand:
If someone doesn't pass the interview, you will know within one week of having the interview.
If you haven't heard anything after the week after your interview, then there are two scenarios:
1) You may receive a call and hired for a class; for any class that they have open up until June.
2) You did not get the job and since you haven't heard anything, assume you are still in the EA pool until September.
(these scenarios are only for those that were in the EA pool invited for interviews)
I guess the only one question I have is, say you do your interview in March, can they still hire you for classes farther out or not take you right away? Meaning hire in April, May etc. and not do a 2-4 week turnaround like you did?
Again thank you, you've been so helpful
This is how i understand it. Example, they have 15 spots...They interviewed 100 people. 50 are no good. 50 are good. They call top 15 people for a class. A week goes by, another 25 candidates get interviewed, 10 go through, 15 do not make it. A new week starts, another 15 top score people get hired, another 25 people get interviewed and the circle goes on...
All the number are just my estimates and are used only as an example...That being said, i am not in HR, i am only guessing this but from what i have gathered, no one said that you either get hired in a week or you do not. They only said that if you do not go through then you will hear about it in a week, nothing about getting hired.
Maybe whoever goes for the next interview can ask that question after the interview?
