WTB: 2*1GB DDR400 Ram

I'm looking 2 sticks of 1GB DDR400. It has to be able to do 3-3-3-8 timings (which is not aggressive by any means of the word, just looking for decent quality sticks).

Looking to pay around the $175-$185 +/-.

Located in the GTA, prefer to deal locally but willing to consider getting stuff shipped to me.
