WTB: Acoustic guitar for a beginner

As the title says, I'm looking for an acoustic guitar. I want to take up playing guitar, and thus I'm looking for something good for a noob and rather cheap.

Well I have a Yamaha guitar in very good condition, which comes with a hardcase (not in best shape but still ok). I wanted to learn to play it and bought it from someone but due to lack of time it has been sitting around for a couple of months and I won't seem to be able to get back to it anytime soon. Asking $120 pick up in downtown.
