Full Retail Package Preferred (NO REFURBISHED PLEASE)

Will Pay 330~350CAD for 7900GT and 350~380CAD for X1800XT

Also, wondering if X1800XT is little shorter than X1800XL AIW
I had X1800XL AIW and it was big and long
so that I had to take off my front fan to fit it in

I almost had a deal on X800XT at 380CAD but the buyer couldnt find himself another card
will pay between 350~370 depends whats missing from retail full package

7900Gt - just buy a new one from NCIX, $350 ish + $10 sh.
you cant beat that.
choose from evga, xfx and ocz.
the xfx and evga are my choices.

Monarch Computers (US) has the EVGA 7900 GT KO for $289USD + S/H =~ $340 CAD. Comes with a free copy of AOE III. The KO has one of the better HSFs which cool the mem chips as well.

Personally I've been flip flopping between buying an X1800XT 512Mb or a 7900GT. I really can't seem to make my mind up,...they're both nice cards for the $300ish price level. I think which ever I can get first on a deal for $300CDN shipped!!!

I expect the prices to drop a bit more over the next couple weeks due to ATI releasing the X1900GT next week (9 May 06). Then I'll have yet another option to deliberate over....!!!

I was offered a used X1800XT 512Mb thru forums on another site for $290 USD SHIPPED which I can put you in contact with the owner if you're interested - just throw me a pm and I'll dig out the email from the other day. I almost grabbed it but I am trying really hard to hold off buying as long as I can (but definitely before the new Crytek game arrives).
