WTB: Cheap Quad-Band GSM phone (Unlocked)

It looks like I'm heading out to Europe, unfortunately it looks like my Telus phone (CDMA) probably wont work with a damn over there. So I'm looking to pick up a quad-band GSM phone for the trip, and the trip alone.

So as I will only be using this phone for 2 weeks I'm really not looking to spend a lot of cash on it. 50 is my max, anything lower than that and I'll be very interested.

Also the phone needs to be unlocked, as I will be picking up a pay as you go sim card in Europe, or at the least locked to a European provided.

Must include a charger, be in decent working condition and have a battery that can hold a fairly decent charge. Other than that I'm not picky, scratches, scuffs w/e that doesnt matter to me. Even minor functional things like a headphone jack that doesnt work etc.

I live in Scarborough (Danforth and Birchmount) and go to school at Ryerson downtown. I would prefer to meet up. Meeting on the subway line would be preferable, but I do drive and can meet up that way too if need be.

You should make sure the charger supports 240v too, a lot do, but some don't.
