WTB: Cheap Rogers phone

As title states looking to buy a cheap rogers phone. Need it as a backup as my phone broke.
Max I'm willing to spend is $40
PM is the key factor!
Willing to buy it as of today or tomorrow

As well condition doesn't really matter...as long as the phone is able to make and receive calls, and txt msg as well.
but not too crappy haha
a 5/10 will be ideal :P
