WTB: Computer and 17" LCD

Looking for a computer with the following:

-AMD64 3000+ or Pentium 4 2.8+ or AMD XP
-512 Ram
-Minimum 80 gig HDD
-Cheap Video Card (5500/6600, 9600/9700/9800)

Thats the minimum requirement. Oh yeah it has to be a decent looking case and QUITE. I stress the QUITE part.

Looking to spend around 200-300 depending on the specs. Not looking to spend over.

As for the LCD, i'm looking for any decent 17 incher for $150. Not looking to spend over.
