WTB : !!CPU/Mobo Combo!! - Quickly

I'm looking for a cheap CPU/Mobo combo to use as a server. This is just going to sit in the basement so I don't need anything fancy. Something like a ECS K7S5A and an Athlon would be awesome.

I'd like at least a 800 mhz CPU (AMD or Intel).

I'm looking to spend < $100 ideally but let me know your price.

Looking to do something fairly quick.

If you're interested in a trade I have a PIII 1Ghz laptop 256 MB RAM whose screen has died. You can still use it with a monitor. I'm currently using it as a server and it works great. I'd keep using it but I need TV-Out. Probably worth about $200 so if you have a better combo that you'd trade for the laptop let me know.

I have a MSI skt478 648-MAX (MS-6585) mobo and Mobile Celeron 1600mhz you can have for $100 shipped.

The CPU can easily run 2200-2400mhz on this board.

Performance-wise they are very close to a same speed P4.
