WTB:(downtown TO) working unlocked/Rogers GSM phone - $30

as the title says, i'm looking for an unlocked or rogers-locked GSM phone. it can't have a camera (not that i expect one at this price), must be in good working order; and the deal must include the battery (3yo at most) and charger.

$30 goes to the winner.
