WTB::: Drafting Table

Hi, I'm in need of a drafting/artist's table in the Greater Toronto Area.... Tabletop must have ability to tilt from 0 to 90 degrees (or at least 45), and hopefully be in pretty good condition (smooth + clean). Size is not that big of an issue but the smaller the better since it's going in my tiny room. Penciltray and/or rulers not necessary but make a nice bonus! Not looking to spend any more than $40
