Are you sure you wouldnt accept one shipped from Toronto?
AMD X2 3800+ w/ TT Beatle Heatsink
DFI Lanparty Nf4-D
Patriot 2x512 pc3200
X850XT w/ ATI Silencer 5 r2.
Seagate 80gb sata hdd
16x dl dvd burner
Lian Li PC6070B Case / antec P180
OCZ 420w powerstream psu
$1200 shipped sounds good with me.
This setup is danm near silent with the zalman 7700 and AC Silencer running at 50/70% speeds.
will score around 6000 stock in 3dmark05, closer to 7k if you can overclock alittle.

If you are interested in an Opteron 146 based system (the one in my sig), then PM me and maybe we can work something out. I don't have a DVD writer at the moment, but that's an easy addition. I also have other ram, hard drive, and video card options. The Gigabyte X700 Pro is the silent version with factory heatpipe cooling.
