Looking to take over a City Fido account that already includes the SAF. It must be a GTA account or else the account can't transfer. Contract or no contract would be fine, however I would be willing to pay more if it's currently NOT under a contract. Looking to pay ~$350 CDN with contract or ~$420 CDN without contract.
