You can only bump a post once every 24 hours.
Where are you located?
I have an IBM OEM Windows XP Tech Support Install CD which will allow you to install Windows XP, use your IBM OEM serial number and activate it. It will not create a restore partition or fill your system up with any bundled software but you will have to download all drivers from the IBM website as the CD is NOT Model specific.

Most Preinstalled APPS can be downloaded by installing "software update" once you have an optimized image you can do a backup and use that as a future restore cd.
