Do you want a laptop? The tor.forsale.computers ng has several listings come up lately, but none that I recall within $400 for PII300+. I've been looking myself and I eventually got a decent price on a laptop through ebay (PII266/4.3G/160M/4lbs/newbattery/loaded - $450CDN shipped). Normally most people pay far too much on ebay so you have to be careful. Most people want top dollar for their system and some should get it, others, well...
Depends what you want/need. I wanted light with a battery, but if you don't care about weight or the battery then you have quite a selection I think.
Good luck

wat's a laBtop?
anyways, dell has one for 549

Dec 20th, 2005 11:12 AM #7true, the $549 is a fantastic deal but Latitudes & Omnibooks are business class models and are studier and have dedicated video cards. there's a reason dell doesn't discount business laptops on RFD, meanwhile there's usually a inspiron 6000 promo.
