Ok heres what Im looking for, if not exact, something real close
Intel Pentium D 840, 3.2GHz, EM64T XD Dual Core, 2X1MB, Socket LGA775

maybe consider one of the x2 as well, they just realseased the 3800 and its a good bang for the buck

I wouldn't go with on-board sound. Get yourself a nice, top-notch Audigy 4 sound card and invest in some good speakers when you get more money.
Also, another suggestion is to look for a motherboard with SATA-II, and get yourself a SATA-II hard drive. Or better yet, two SATA-II hard drives in a RAID+0 configuration. Top that off with dual processors and you'll have one of the fastest systems!
