WTT: AMD x2 3800+ EE (AM2) for AMD x2 3800 S939

I just bought a brand new processor from NCIX, opened the box, realized I got the wrong chip (I didn't know S939 was replaced with this newer/less power using processor). I have just filed a ticket w/ NCIX, but they are stating S939 is not available anymore. To avoid trying to replace the motherboard, I am going to try and trade this CPU for the S939 counterpart that I need.

I will accept NEW or USED (as long as it's retail, NOTHING WRONG WITH IT).

What core is it, or what are the stepping numbers.
I have an 939 X2 3800 I might be interested intrading. Mine is a retail unit that runs 2.6 no problems.
