WTT: Xbox 360 - Tenchu Z for NHL 2K7 (not '07)

I bought Tenchu Z on somewhat of an impulse buy, played it for a couple of days then just havent had time to play it. So Im looking to trade it for NHL 2k7 only, not '07. The game is brand new, bought it at walmart, all material included, etc.

My prefered place to meet is the Pacific Mall on Steeles in Markham, the surrounding area is fine too. Anywhere in Newmarket is also acceptable.
