Magnetic Card Readers, plugs computer PS/2 port between PS/2 keyboard & reader plugs directly to computer. Legal 2 have it just reads cards & sends data to PS/2 port like if typing data with keyboard. I don't have any magnetic card printing devices nor give any away for obvious reasons I'm against that but readers for personal use are completely legal. One application is you can make passwords out of old magnetic cards like maybe public transit pass or retail store points cards.
