Need to get a new toner for my Samsung Qwiklaser 5100a !!

I have two options right now....

1. Go to Island Ink and get a refill for about $80 plus tax!

or

2. Go to www.meritline.com and purchase a 3rd party toner for $70.95USD

My question is... can this website be trusted..and #2, can the toner I am buying be trusted?
