Really depends on the brand and size of tires. If it's a odd size with low turnover, it would not surprise me with some of those manufacturing dates. Although I'd still bltch about it nonetheless and opt to return them. The Continentals I received were 205/50/17 and had a date of 26/11 which is a common size and probably contributed to the recent date.

I ordered a set of Hankook ipike 409 in 205/55/16 back on Jan. 28 for a total of $390 after everything shipped to Scarborough and I picked them up today.

This set was dated 2911 or the 29th week of 2011.

I feel like a got a great bargain for these and I'm extremely happy with the purchase!

Call then before you buy. It's what I did they told me upfront that the tires were from late 2008 (week 40).
Considering it's 50% off regular price. I seriously don't have any problem with that.
Also only one tax for me because I order from Quebec.

Ordered four (4) General G-Max AS-03 205/55ZR16 "Ultra High Performance All Season Tires", with a manufacturing date of 5011 for all of them. Ordered them February 9th, received them February 16th in Montreal, shipped from BC via Purolator.

Hi guys im planning on buying some "Pirelli P6 Four Seasons" from tiretrends. Anyone one have any input/knowledge about these tires ? I also called in to check the manufacturer date and they said 34week/2010, is that a resonable date for tires ?
