just got bak from 2 wal-marts one store listed at 128.xx .. i'm in scarborough went to stc (didn't have or i didn't c) also went to kenndy/sheppard one the guy i asked to check the price said HOW MUCH!? and checked for me and there were no CS to help me at stc location so i just left....

Usually it is pretty close. When I return an item at my local FS if I tell them nothing is wrong with it they enter that in the system during a return and the open box tag is printed right away. They then put it on the shelf behind the CS counter until someone can stock it. However, I was returning a DVD a few weeks back and the guy in front of me was returning a VGA cable for 360 and it was regular $39.99 I think, but they tagged it for $17.49 or something similar and I asked if I could buy it, or if it had to be processed then put out in the store.
