XFX 7800GS Extreme OC & ASUS K8V (AGP 8x Socket 754)

Hey, I have an ASUS K8V right now, and I'm think of getting an XFX 7800GS Extreme OC, because I can get one for REALLY cheap and still BNIB.

I was wondering, since the 7800 is a much longer card than most cards, will it fit on my motherboard without getting in the way of anything?

see if you can find the dimensions and measure... i dont really see any other way (except for getting it and if it doesnt fit sell it to me )
