3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100
It has 1700/2100 band!! Yay for another high end phone that works with Wind!
So will it actually work with Wind? Rogers has it for 499...
The AT&T version also has the 1700/2100 band

Rogers seems to be selling the LT28i, with LTE
http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_xperia_ion_lte-4412.php
(you linked the LT28h)
Deal Extreme sells the i for $580USD
.

> Do note, the AT&T version with LTE 1700/2100 WILL NOT work with Wind.
Which seems to be the same version that Rogers is selling (ie. LT28at = LT28i).
