Yardwork cordless lawnmower

I only used my mower about 6 or 7 times and the undercarriage has completed broken apart. Now I can not exchange nor return it, I have to take it somewhere to be fix. A brand new mower what a rip off. Anyone else have trouble with this brand. Seem like many customers at canadian tire has. :mad:

What do you mean completely broken appart?

I'm also pretty sure they have a sign all over the shelves in that department that says exchange only within the first 7 days, after that it's depot repair only.

Yes, I've seen a lot of returns - especially for the Yardworks Powered Reel Mower. I thought I read somewhere in the store that they stand behind all products they sell.
