This is a desktop replacement for my sister, she's not a gamer at all, just normal use.

But since it is a desktop replacement, she does want it to be useful for a few years.

Go for the second one with the bigger HDD.

I am using the 2nd one for a week already. It's great! actually it has bluetooth as well which is not listed on staples website.

I would definitely go for the 2nd one for a newer model and bigger HDD and of coz a better CPU.
