Gotcha. Well all I have to say is that the previous strike that took place from end of October till end of January was pretty frustrating. Luckily, I had a bus to go to where I work, but that was only 1 part of the route. Usually I end up taking the Viva on Yonge to Major Mack, then the 4 towards Jane, but lo and behold - I'd had to get a ride every time to Yonge and Major Mack. Ugh.
Did the strike affect you all as well?_______________

Apparently so and they got extended probably sometime in Feb?
Anyone take the Route 86? I find that sometimes the bus does not come per schedule._______________

That's probably because the GO Bus has fewer stops/express correct? I am sure there are TONNES of stops for Viva Purple to get to York U._______________

Fewer stops, plus it takes the 407ETR so it is way faster, and more comfortable on the GO. Many extra buses too.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked transitguy1 for this post.
