1. Left the house at 8:35 to arrive at Staples at 8:50am. Massive line. Missed out on the Toshiba Satellite M70-SR3, as did many others.
2. Went home, had breakfast with my son. Went to another staples at 11:30, they "conveniently" found one in the back. Snagged it.

Sweet.

Total cost of Satellite S70-SR3 w/ 1.73 (2 MB L2 Cache) Ghz centrino, 100GB 5400rpm SATA drive. DVD+/-R dual layer, 15.4 WXGA, wifi, and 1.5GB ram (1GB upgrade from local shop) = $1205.00 + GST.

Not so bad.

8:30 AM - Woke up, told Giselle Bundchen now was not the time for tom-foolery and rescheduled for 7PM.

9:00 - Arrived at Future Shop, got lucky and parked in a handicapped spot

9:30 - Found everything I wanted without having to push various hillbillies and fat people out of the way.

9:40 - Purchased a 50 pack of blank CD's and a Logitech 668 Harmony Remote after a short wait. Paid all in loonies, no one complained.

10:00 - Arrived at Walmart. Saw a nice cross section of the population. Some were on disability, most on welfare. Good times. Raided thier DVD's, since they had so many great titles.

10:30 - Left with enough half-off candy to give diabetes to a division of Marines. The only thing not half-off at Walmart were the greeter's pants. But that was a good thing.

11:00 - Returned home and regretted turning down Giselle
