The only thing with the invisible shield is they tend to stain/yellow over time. Not hugely noticeable at first as the change is gradual, but they need to be replaced every ~8 months (but I'm lazy so it's every year or two) to keep it looking good, and the warranty shipping to Canada is ~20ish each time, for each skin. I've paid more in warranty shipping over the years then I have for the shields to begin with.

With all due respect, these things are way overpriced because:
- They are tough to install properly by yourself. If a speck of dust gets under the protector during installation it's not going away.
- It's nervewreck to do safely as well as it involves carefully spraying liquid on your phone
- The orange peel effect is fairly common no matter how well it is installed
- They make the screen feel waxy
I'm not a rowdy customer but I ended up sending an email to Best Buy Corporate so that I could get my money back. Since then, I just decided to leave my Galaxy Nexus bare. The screen doesn't scratch at all. Depending on you're touchscreen, most minor scratches are averted. A screen protector is not gonna prevent a rock from banging your screen in. Just be careful with your phones and protect it from sandy pockets.

Overpriced and overrated screen protector.
Btw, they are easy to install and you dont spray the phone but the protector and your fingers. The longest part of the job is to clean the screen before...

Sorry, I stand corrected. I do remember applying the spray to my hands and protector, and not the phone. But it is still a potential water hazard if it is squeezed in the vicinity of a port or speaker hole. And yeah, cleaning the screen is definitely the paranoia-filled part (especially cuz the dam things cost 20 bucks). Even then, dust is mad hard to avoid. I installed mine on the most cleaned and slickest surface in my home, my kitchen counter top, wearing a low lint vest). A few small specks of dust managed to sneak under the film. I only noticed when I turned the phone back on a day later and the specks left a silhouette. And you can't correct it with scotch tape, like with the dry SPs. When you peel it off it gets stretched beyond repair. I've heard similar nightmares amongst friends.
Overrated is being too kind. They get bad reviews across the web. These things are moved through pure marketing.

I spent about $20 for my Invisible Shield for my Nexus S when I got it over year ago. Biggest rip off ever. I learnt my lesson. Now the plastic is just rubbery.
And their warranty shipping is a bloody joke.
