Zarafina Tea Maker - 69.99 Sears In Store
In case anyone missed out on this last September the Zarafina set is on sale again in store for $69.99. This is the same price it was back then but it is no longer available for ordering online (so you can't get the extra $6 off).
One cautionary note though, I looked at this set today but I wasn't impressed with the lid on the teapot. It has a very smooth matt finish which is pretty much edgeless and seamless where you are supposed to grip with your fingers. I had a hard time picking it up and I could easily see this slipping out of your fingers onto the floor.. :/ FWIW, the design would be much better with either a small indent so it doesn't slide out of your fingers or a little rubber grip or something.

I got this for making tea in the morning. I have been using it quite regularly and like it.
The only thing is it is hard to clean out the catch without washing a bunch of tea leaves down the drain.

Hey, here's an idea...boil some water in a kettle and let it steep for a few minutes with some tea leaves. Wow, what a CONCEPT!!! ZOMG!!

Why clothes instead of a garbage bag? Why a TV when you can look at the walls? Why a call girl instead of an old sock? (too far?
)
Why this product instead of a kettle and tea pot? Quality of life, that's why. This is a hot deal because it's a low price compared to other retailers, and the product is well-reviewed: http://www.amazon.com/Zarafina-Maker.../dp/B000HJNJNO

I'm not sure how this improves your quality of life?!?
I guess this is a good product for people who don't have the patience for to let boiled water cool down to the proper extraction temperature.

ill be honest im a huge tea drinker HUGE, i usually stick to loose leaf but twinings hits the spot from time to time.
this saves a step and it comes in handy in the morning. you dont have to wait for the water to boil, 4 minutes or so, then pour the water into the pot or the cup and wait another 5 minutes for it to brew. it does everything in one step and saves about 5 minutes, and it brews with consistency, so you get the same pot everytime, as there are multiple settings on the side to help you choose your perfect brew.
i would suggest any tea drinker to buy this.
