I had Zazeen a while, it works, but when I was a member it REQUIRED Techsaavy or Acanac. I'm with Videotron now...

It's some stupid CRTC rule I think. And I thought you have to be with Acanac/Distributel? Didn't know TekSavvy is part of their network.

Majority of the channels are available free to air over antenna. But very tempting either way....

I think you're right - it was Distributel. But now it seems like that restriction may be removed? I need ot do more research

But who has an antenna? I ALMOST bought one of those $700+ giant antennas a few years back. I'm so glad I didn't

It appears that it only requires their network for "Addon Channels". It let me sign up for the skinny with Rogers

So for research purposes, I added it to cart. It works with ALL internet providers now, but if you want the option to add a-la-carte channels you need Zazeen internet. Otherwise they direct us to their $29.95 package. 1 free receiver is also included.

From website:

*All Zazeen Cable TV plans have a one-time $49.95 service Activation Fee.

Then after one year the box rental is $8/month plus whatever package u have.

I have Multiple Antennas set up. 2 using a combiner on my main TV to get American Channels and an Omni-Directional antenna to get local channels like CTV, CBC. Global, CityTV, OMNI1/2, TVO etc

I'm using a $32 4 bay antenna attached to a lamp post in my office and a $8 Channel Master Flatenna for local.
