Original promotion was supposed to be for a Curtis 32", but the flyer correction says:

Could be hot, depending on the models. Apparently one of 'em is a $999 TV? Anyone know which Panasonic/Sharp TVs this would be?

I still laugh when I see that brand...Konka. What a name for electronics.
I just picked up a 32" Panasonic Viera 32LX85 for $548 and its great, very happy with it. I had a 32" Samsung and I returned it for the Panny, much better IMHO. lotta stores are gonna liquidate their 720p TVs between now and Xmas to make more room for 1080i sets. there's a ton of people that adopted HD early on and now want the NEXT bestest best thing ever.

Went to Zellers at Hillcrest and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. She said she never heard anything about other brands besides the Curtis and said they would only offer the other brands if they didn't have the Curtis in stock (which they do).
Anybody have any better luck?
