Thank you, just wanted to compare it with PM. PM data add-on is $0.03/MB,
but for PM an "early renewal" is also available (unofffcially), i.e. if you run out of data, you can ask to renew your plan early..

It is not like Koodo tab which is an interest free loan for the phone. You still have a monthly payment for your phone on top of plan payment. For the $54 plan, you get more data, more minutes and a better phone for $18 more over the $36 plan.
BTW, this is not for me. I will not sign a 2 years contract on a $500 or $700 phone. I will stay with the $36 plan and get a $100 or $200 phone just in case I have to cancel my plan within 2 years.

Looks like the LG G3 has the better camera, also has OIS. But the LG debuted in 2014 while the Samsung Neo was released in 2015.

I have sold a brand new Samsung S5 in December for about $200 locked to Koodo/Telus. LG G3 is an older phone and may be harder to get the same amount for it. Especially since some are weary of LG because of previous bootloop issue (no issues now with any LG device). A phone with great specs and potentially good resale value. Only thing is, $150 upfront on the $45 plan, but subsidy is only sitting at $350 if you ever decide to upgrade in future.

Amazing. Wanted to do a quick sell on mine so I listed it at $230. Someone close by offered $200 to pick up right away so I sold it immediately.

I signed up in February or March when they were offering the $36 plan that included 2GB of data on a 2-year contract. Do you know what loyalty offering I will be getting?rolomonster wrote: ↑ A reminder to anyone interested in these plans that the $45 Plan for 2.5gb plan can become the $45 4gb Loyalty Plan after 6 months of service and that the $54 3gb plan can become the $54 5gb Loyalty Plan after 6 months of service.
Also it's not just the Samsung S6 free for the $54 Plan but also the Nexus 6P or the Samsung A5. Any of these three phones for $0. These are all great options if you need a new device.

$36 loyalty plan unlimited minutes + 2GB data + enhanced voice mail + 2 cents/MB data overage.

Check the thread I've linked below for the available loyalty plans. If you need more data, you can choose the $45/4GB or $54/5GB plan; you don't necessarily have to stay on the $36/2GB plan.

But if you want to keep your number, after ported out your number, Zoomer will bill you that balance of your phone account.deeplove wrote: ↑ i plan to switch out of zoomer to another service provider. i have $220 on my tab.
